Eggs are humble, wholesome, and capable of creating an entire meal on their own. With countless ways to prepare them—scrambled, over-easy, poached, as omelets, sunny-side-up, and more—one dish that, in my opinion, doesn’t receive the recognition it deserves is egg.
A perfect brunch recipe to include in. Prepared by boiling eggs in water and the curry prepared with onion, tomato and spices mixed .It can be eaten with wheat roti or rice. With what do you prefer to have it ?
Ingredients:-
- 4 Eggs,
- Oil,1/2 tbsp.
- Hing,1/2 tbsp.
- Haldi,1/2 tbsp.
- Garam masala,
- Salt,
- Bay leaf,
- Red chilli or,
- red chili powder,
- 1/2 tbsp. Coriander powder,
- Ginger & Garlic, Onion,
- Tomatoes, Coriander Water
Method:-
Step 1: Boil & Peel the eggs
Step 2: Heat the pan, slow down the flame add 1 tbsp oil, 1/2 tbsp haldi, 1/2 tbsp red chili powder, 1/2 tbsp coriander powder salt & add boiled, peel eggs in the pan, mix the eggs in masala & fry until golden brown
Step 3: Ones the eggs are the golden-brown switch of the pan & remove eggs in the bowl
Step 4: Take a kadhai, heat it & add 1to2 tbsp oil, add ½ tbsp hing, red chili, bay leaf, finely chopped onions, you can finely chop onions or grind it into a fine paste. Let the onions be golden brown
Step 5: Ones the onion are golden brown & add tomatoes, you can finely chop tomatoes or make a fine paste.
Step 6: Add ½ tbsp haldi, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, mix well & roast until it starts leaving oil
Step 7: Add boiled eggs, mix in a masala after 1- 2 sec add water, slow the flame, cover with a lid until the gravy is thick as you want
Step 8: Open the lid & check the consistency ones done switch of the flame, garnish with coriander
Step 9: Serve with chapatti or rice as a lunch or dinner to your family.
Tips :
- You can add a dry roasted 1tbsp besan in masala to thick the gravy.
- You can convert onion & tomato into a fine paste to prepare egg curry
- Adjust Salt & Chilli as per your taste
- Serve with Chapati or rice
