In India, masala chai is a popular choice, often enjoyed as part of a morning breakfast or an evening snack. This spiced tea blend has become a staple in many Indian households.

Ingredient
- 1 cup water
- 2 cup Milk
- 1/2 Masala Powder
- 1 tbsp Tea Powder
- 1 tbsp Ginger
- Sugar
Method
Step 2: Once the water is boiled add tea powder, ginger, masala powder, sugar & let it boil
Step 3: Tea will start releasing the authentic aroma of masala (spices) added
Step 4: After 2-3 min of boiling, add milk
Step 5: Stir in between, low the flame as the tea will start coming to pots edges & fall outside the pot
Step 6: After adding milk wait for 4-5 mins let it boil properly.
Step 7: Once the tea consistency is in a thick form turn off the flame
Step 8: Masala tea is ready to serve
Tips:
· While making tea add lemon-grass in water
it works as an antibiotic

For
masala powder, you can add cloves, cinnamon, green cardamom (elaichi), crushed
black pepper & bay leaves.
