"RAVA CHEELA" is a hassle-free super quick recipe. It has different types of name that vary from place to people such as Rava / Rawa / Sooji / Suji / Semolina & many more. Consuming rava dishes will full fill your stomach for 2 hrs.
There are varieties of dishes that you can make with it but today, the recipe i am sharing with you is known as "Rava Cheela" it's made by adding rava, mustard seeds, oil, ginger, garlic, chili, coriander, salt, tomato, onion & water (you can add vegetables of your choice).

Ingredient
- 1/2 cup Rava
- 1tbsp Mustard Seeds
- 1tbsp Ginger
- 1tbsp Garlic Paste
- Tomato
- Onion
- Coriander
- Chilli
- Salt
- Water
- Oil
Method
Step 1: In a bowl add rava, mustard seeds, ginge paster, garlic paste, chili, tomato, onion, coriander salt & water (note: you can add vegetables of your choice)
Step2: After adding water, mix well & let it sit for 20 mins if you are not running out of time.
Step 3: After 20 mins, the batter is fermented add water for pouring consistency
Step 4: In a pan add oil, pour the batter & spread all over the pan, put oil on top & cover with the lid
Step 5: Let it cook for a few seconds on low flame
Step 6: Open the lid & flip on the other side, let it cook
Step 7: After few seconds open the lid, rava cheela is ready to serve.
Step 8: Serve with tomato ketchup or chutney
Tips :
- You can add vegetables of your choice
- If the pan is too hot, sprinkle cold water pan will cool down
- Cook on low flame, cheela should not stick to the bottom of the pan
